Première Dance Academy

Seven years have passed since our daughter started taking ballet lessons with Natali Roos from Première Dance Academy and it still always amazes me when I watch the students perform. It’s not just their mastery of dancing but sheer joy they seem to feel about being up on stage performing for family, friends and strangers. There is such a beautiful balance between discipline and fun and extraordinary self-confidence in each and every dancer. Carlomé is motivated, determined and focused – all of which is fostered by the classes and teachers at Première Dance Academy. Our twelve-year old is able to recognize the value of ballet in all styles of dance and her posture is remarkable if compared to other girls her age. Her desire to learn and perfect various movements can be attributed to the professionally trained staff. Natali and all of her co-instructors take an active role in training students of all ages and abilities. A performance showcase is a delight to watch; not only are audiences entertained, but younger performers are encouraged and inspired by those with more experience. Staff members greet students and families with the utmost respect and enthusiasm. Students are expected to follow routines and guidelines, and they do so because of the professional example modelled by all in the class. Première Dance Academy is helping to install a sense of responsibility and love of arts in our daughter and for that we are incredibly thankful.

Natali Roos epitomizes everything you would want in a ballet teacher. While holding students to the highest standard of technical ability, she is simultaneously a caring and kind person who is sensitive to her pupils’ emotional wellbeing and needs. A standout characteristic of Natali is her ability to award equal attention to every student in her dance academy regardless of their ballet skills or potential. She is a much loved ballet teacher who makes little girls ballet dreams come true.

My daughter has been dancing with Première Dance Academy (formerly known as Natali Ferreira Ballet Academy) since the age of five.

As a ballerina in the making, she is experiencing quality ballet education from a very talented teacher in the form of Natali Roos. With every passing year my daughter is growing into a more graceful and talented ballerina. She is also gaining in confidence, focus and are making lovely friends and building strong interpersonal relationships.

When joining the Academy you quickly realize that for Natali, ballet is not just an art form but a way of life. This passion for ballet is continuously shared with her students. As a parent it is a pleasure to be involved with the Academy. To be able to experience how the art of dance can have such a positive impact on all aspects of my daughter’s life is priceless.

Kara loves ballet and lights up in the mornings when her hair gets tied in a bun, knowing she will be dancing today. Thank you Natali for teaching our little aspiring ballerinas a love for dancing, creating a spirit of excitement in them, and doing so with much passion, patience and love. They adore you. Natali is a very kind and gentle person, and also a great teacher. She truly brings out the very best in each of her students. I have two girls enrolled at the academy and they are extremely happy there and have formed a very special bond with Natali.
