About Us

Première Dance Academy was established by Natali Roos in 2007.

Although the Academy’s main studios are situated in Waterkloof Glen, classes are also presented at various schools in Pretoria.  Students from any school has always been welcome to join the Academy at any of the venues.

Students are entered for internationally accredited examinations on an annual basis, with the majority of the junior and senior level students qualifying to dance in the Annual Cecchetti Performance Awards.

To further their training, the Academy’s students participate in Competitions, Festivals, Eisteddfods, Stage Performances and attend the Cecchetti National Summer School in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa on a regular basis. Some of the Academy’s senior students have attended Summer Schools abroad in Italy and United Kingdom.

Over the past 5 years, the Academy’s Associate candidates have passed their examinations with excellent results and special commendations.
